What You Need to Log In
| Item | Why You Need It |
|---|---|
| Registered mobile number | It is your login ID — use the same number you signed up with |
| Your password | Unlocks your account |
| The same SIM in your phone | Needed if the app sends an OTP |
| Latest version of the app | Old versions can fail to connect |

How to Log In to Pak VIP: Step-by-Step
On Android (App)
- Open the Pak VIP app.
- Tap “Login” or “Sign In”.
- Enter your registered mobile number. Use the same format you used when you registered (for example, 03XXXXXXXXX).
- Enter your password. Check that Caps Lock is off.
- Tap “Login”.
- If the app asks for an OTP, enter the code you get by SMS.
- Your dashboard opens. You’re in.
On iPhone (Safari)
- Open Safari and go to the official Pak VIP website, or tap the Pak VIP icon on your home screen.
- Tap “Login”.
- Enter your mobile number and password.
- Enter the OTP if asked.
- Tip: tap Share → “Add to Home Screen” so you can open it like an app next time.
On PC or Laptop
Open the official website in Chrome, Edge or Firefox, click “Login”, and enter your details. The steps are the same as on mobile.
Forgot Your Pak VIP Password? Reset It
Don’t worry — you can reset it in about two minutes. Your balance stays safe.
- Tap “Forgot Password” under the login form.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Tap “Send OTP” and wait for the SMS.
- Enter the OTP.
- Create a new password and type it again to confirm.
- Tap “Submit” or “Reset”.
- Go back to the login screen and sign in with your new password.
Tips for Your New Password
- Use at least 8 characters with letters, numbers and a symbol.
- Don’t reuse an old password, or your JazzCash / Easypaisa PIN.
- Don’t use your name, phone number or birth year.
- Save it somewhere private — not in SMS or WhatsApp.
Lost Access to Your Registered Number?
If your SIM is lost, blocked or no longer yours, the OTP will not reach you. Do this:
- Get a duplicate SIM for the same number from your network’s franchise (bring your CNIC). This is the fastest fix.
- If that’s not possible, contact support from the app or website with your user ID and the details of your last deposit or withdrawal.
- Expect identity checks. This protects you — it stops strangers from taking over accounts with a “lost number” story.
Common Pak VIP Login Problems and Fixes
| Problem | Why It Happens | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| “Incorrect password” | Typo, Caps Lock, or an extra space | Retype slowly; if it still fails, tap Forgot Password |
| “Account does not exist” | Different number format or a different number | Try 03XXXXXXXXX and +923XXXXXXXXX; if neither works, create an account on the register page |
| OTP not received | Weak signal, blocked short-code SMS, or tapped Resend too fast | Wait 60 seconds, check signal, then tap Resend |
| “OTP expired” | Code entered too late | Request a new code and enter it straight away |
| “Too many attempts” / account locked | Several wrong passwords in a row | Wait 15–30 minutes, then use Forgot Password |
| App stuck on loading | Slow internet or an outdated app | Switch Wi-Fi/mobile data; update from the download page |
| “Version too old” / “Please update” | The server no longer supports your app version | Install the latest APK from the download page |
| App crashes on login | Corrupt cache | Settings → Apps → Pak VIP → Storage → Clear cache |
| Logged out again and again | Cache issue, or someone else is logging in | Clear cache; if it continues, change your password at once |
| Site won’t open at all | The site may be blocked in your area | Avoid random free VPN apps — many sell your data |
| “Account suspended” | Rule breach, duplicate account or security check | Contact support from the app; don’t open a second account |
Turn On Two-Step Verification
Two-step verification (2FA) means a password alone is not enough to get in. A new device also needs a one-time code. It is the single best way to protect your balance.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account → Security.
- Turn on “Two-Step Verification” or “Login OTP”.
- Confirm with the OTP sent to your number.
Once it’s on, you’ll get an SMS every time someone tries to log in from a new phone. If you get one you didn’t expect, change your password immediately.
Is Someone Else Using Your Account?
Warning Signs
- You get login OTPs you didn’t request.
- Your balance changed and you don’t know why.
- Your wallet details or password were changed.
- You keep getting logged out.
- You see bets or withdrawal requests you didn’t make.
What to Do Right Away
- Use Forgot Password to set a new password straight away.
- Turn on two-step verification.
- Check your saved JazzCash / Easypaisa details and correct them.
- Contact support with your user ID and screenshots of anything suspicious.
- If your wallet app was touched too, call your wallet provider’s helpline and change your wallet PIN.
- Uninstall any unknown app, “mod” APK or screen-sharing app on your phone.
Fake Login Pages: How to Spot Them
Scammers copy login pages to steal passwords and OTPs. Before you type anything, check:
| Check | Safe | Unsafe |
|---|---|---|
| How you got there | You typed the address or used your saved app | A link from WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS or a comment |
| The web address | Exactly the official domain | An extra letter, dash or strange ending |
| What it asks for | Mobile number, password, login OTP | Wallet PIN, CNIC, card number, “verification fee” |
| After you log in | Your normal dashboard | “Error”, then a request to log in again or call someone |
The official login page will never ask for your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN. If any page does, close it.
